A 2-week intensive training course on 2D & 3D design and topology optimization

Introduction: 2D & 3D design & topology optimization
Basic knowledge from the sketch to the finished component
Basic handling & basic features of the software
User interface AutoCAD & Inventor & Fusion
Practical knowledge and common problems in CAD
Tips & tricks for daily use

Units: 64 (8 days of 8 units each, Mon. – Thurs.)
This WESTCAMP will be held live online as an e-camp

WESTCAM has been offering “WESTCAMPs” since 2021. These are specialized & compact technical training modules for apprentices.

The knowledge content covers the practice-relevant specialist disciplines along the digital process chain: From design & construction to simulation and production through to quality assurance.

The WESTCAMP is to a certain extent the link between the company and the vocational school. This is where “knowledge & practice” is taught on an inter-company and holistic level. “The best of both worlds”, so to speak, where sound technological knowledge meets decades of practical experience. You and your apprentices will benefit from this “best of”!
