Photorealistic 3D visualization & renderings – with 3D scan

A picture is worth a thousand words: 3D renderings and photorealistic representations of components and assemblies are therefore essential for image and sales-promoting brand presentations.

The aesthetics and expressiveness of 3D artists from renowned 3D agencies such as numerica, visionworks and renderwerk Setting the scene for products and buildings.

A large number of visualization tools on the market make it possible to present the product to be advertised in the ideal light, often very intuitively. However, this requires a corresponding CAD model to be available.

Visualization: What to do if no CAD model is available?

Assemblies, components and parts can then be used via a high-quality 3D scan in combination with visualization tools such as 3ds Max or KeyShot for visualization purposes and photorealistic representations.

Manual reconstruction of the STL data from the 3D scanner to a CAD data set is only necessary to a limited extent and depends on the quality of the rendering to be achieved.

Process steps: This caliper consists of many individual parts (display, locking screw, etc.), which can be separated again after the 3D scan. This also allows individual parts to be visualized or animated.
