Scan your components with ZEISS INSPECT or other software and import the STL or PLY data and ASCII formats into ZEISS Reverse Engineering. In just a few well-guided steps, a highly accurate CAD model is created that you can export in common formats such as IGES, STEP or SAT. Software that allows you to complete your tasks quickly and easily.

Geometric components
Reverse engineering for geometric shapes? Simply export your data to ZEISS Reverse Engineering and start designing, combining, extracting and adjusting. The software guides you through the entire process and you create exactly the result you need.
Free-form surfaces
Use a wide range of functions to achieve maximum accuracy for free-form surfaces. To convert your data, use “Surface approximation to points”, for example. The software then guides you step by step through the process until your shape is created.
Organic shapes

A rigid link to the original polygon data is not absolutely necessary and geometric changes can be easily introduced. The possible applications are diverse and range from mechanical engineering applications, injection molding and metal casting to the reconstruction of sheet metal components and many other fields of application.
