With the 2023 release, the GOM software products were united under a common name and umbrella: ZEISS INSPECT.

However, one thing remains the same: ZEISS INSPECT Optical 3D is still the industry standard when it comes to evaluating optically measured 3D surface data. The software supports you with everything from simple to complex inspection tasks, from shape and position calculations to trend analyses and digital assembly – regardless of which optical measurement system you use to record your data. ZEISS INSPECT Optical 3D is designed to be system-independent.

After downloading ZEISS Quality Suite (here) and receiving your ZEISS ID (after successful registration), the free version of the ZEISS INSPECT Optical 3D software is available to you. If you have completed the 14-day trial period for the Pro version, the range of functions of the software will automatically be reduced to the free version after expiry.
