Error-free automated recognition and order assignment of crown and bridge prosthetics, implant prosthetics, splints, abutments, etc.
We supplement your CAD/CAM process with a powerful automation solution. This means that bridges and crowns, for example, can be assigned to the right customer without errors. This is done fully automatically using optical image acquisition and image recognition software.
The system compares your CAD data with the real crown or bridge within fractions of a second.
The teach-in time for the individual CAD data is less than 60 seconds. This process can already take place in the recognition system when the order is received, i.e. well before the supplies are produced. The teach-in process is not time-critical. Identification takes place just-in-time and recognizes the supplies fully automatically on a conveyor belt.
