OPTICAM® is able to reduce the required programming times to a minimum through the automatic recognition and assignment of geometries and subsequently through the automated creation of processing technologies.
The complexity of programming is also massively reduced by the automatic features. This means that wire EDM NC programs can be created quickly and easily after just a short training period.
NC program creation
Everything is automatic.
OPTICAM automates NC program creation almost 100 %. Users have the possibility to intervene individually in detail.
Feature recognition
The components are analyzed, erodible geometry is detected and their machining is created at the same time. The tool paths are displayed graphically and immediately follow a subsequent change to the component or can be manipulated afterwards.
