The PROCEDURES
Highest quality in a short time
- Digital Light Plotting (DLP): This 3D printing technique differs from stereolithography mainly in the type of exposure. Instead of using a UV laser beam, the resin in DLP is cured by a UV projector. This has the advantage of saving a great deal of construction time, as a complete layer can be exposed at once. Furthermore, the achievable accuracy is many times higher, as exposure by means of a projector means that no axis motors are required for laser beam control, thus completely eliminating this source of inaccuracy.
- Continuous Digital Light Manufacturing (cDLM): This process is a further development of our DLP technology and enables continuous movement of the build plate to achieve exceptional build speeds. Continuous building allows flexible silicone-like materials to be processed alongside high-strength heat-resistant products. Due to the absence of pull-off forces, up to 75 % less support is required.
