Learning content
The entire process chain in the plastics processing industry has an influence on the finished molded part. With the help of 3D scanners from ZEISS and the ZEISS INSPECT software, you have the opportunity to check and thus ensure quality along the entire process chain. This training focuses on the injection molding industry.
In this course, you will learn how to quickly and accurately inspect a molded part, including plastic defects such as sink marks, warpage and wall thickness. You will also learn how to perform a statistical evaluation of your process in terms of process performance.
Finally, you will learn how to create and analyze a digital assembly of a tool. This approach allows you to speed up tool construction by reducing the number of iterations.
