Fast printing speeds
Very fast printing speeds are realized by 2 synchronized high-resolution DLP projectors.
Printing from the top down enables faster curing of each layer with fewer supports, as the release step required for conventional bottom-up DLP systems is eliminated. This is particularly beneficial in the production of flexible components.
Smooth surface
DLP has long been known for its ability to deliver exceptionally smooth surfaces on printed parts. The Xtreme 8K goes one step further, thanks to advanced DLP features such as pixel tuning that further enhance surface finish.
