ATOS Design

ATOS Q was specially designed for industrial use and allows traceable measured values even under unfavorable environmental conditions. The robust, optical 3D sensor has dust and splash-proof optics and electronics.

This makes ATOS Q sensors ideal for the transition from the measuring room to production. Users appreciate the ATOS Q due to its uncomplicated and convenient handling.

ATOS Q captures quality information in a short time and at a high level of detail, creating a reliable basis on which the data can be easily interpreted.

The triple scan principle has several advantages when measuring reflective surfaces and objects with undercuts. The Blue Light Equalizer increases the light intensity of the light source and provides the projection unit with uniform, homogeneous light.

ATOS Performance

The performance of ATOS Q is extraordinary due to the Blue Light Equalizer and the very fast data processing.

The bright light source in combination with the special strip light technology enables short measuring times even on difficult surfaces. The high data throughput is guaranteed by industrial fiber optic cables and robust plug connections.

Manual

With only 4 kg and its compact design, ATOS Q is light and easy to move.

Semi-automatic

In combination with a tripod, alternatively a table stand and the GOM ROT 350 turntable or a motorization kit, the ATOS Q can be used semi-automatically.

Automatic

ATOS Q achieves maximum efficiency with the ZEISS ScanCobot and in the ZEISS ScanBox 4105.
