TCM – Tooth Counting Machine
Fully automatic counting of individual teeth or entire groups of teeth
– with the WESTCAM Technologies TCM – tooth counting machine.
Counting artificial teeth at high speed:
- Up to 8 teeth/second/individual module – depending on size and complexity. More than 20,000 teeth per hour/module
- With an accuracy of > 99 % from a filling quantity of 1,000 pieces.

Two different operating modes
Picking:
The plastic teeth are counted up to an adjustable value. The counting chute then stops the flow. Typical application: Counting and dispensing a defined number of teeth from a larger quantity.
Count through:
Small parts filled in are counted through completely. Typical application: Counting parts during stocktaking.
Modularly expandable
The system can be operated as a single module or expanded modularly and can, for example, work with eight units connected in parallel.
This multiplies the counting capacity to almost 160,000 teeth per hour. The counting result is shown on a display and can also be printed out on request.
The TCM tooth counting system has a variable hopper in which the parts are loosely filled and then counted by a separator.

No. Our system has purely electric drives and you only need a 230V connection. No compressed air is required.
