Our possibilities
High load on vibratory plates – thanks to Shaker BVS-R/F/S
This crack detection system for use on the shaker is based on all the functionalities of the BVS-R/F remote focus system.
The system is well established for use under load on vibratory plates and with high g-forces.
The system enables crack detection processes with loads of up to 20g and an excitation frequency of up to 60Hz.
To meet these special requirements, we have encased our cameras in a specially developed housing.

Defying temperature and humidity – thanks to the BVS-R/F/S/C climate chamber
Our crack detection system for use in the climate chamber is based on all the functionalities of the BVS-R/F/S shaker system.
Big advantage: test run observations under special climatic conditions are possible
Developed for use in climate chambers with ambient temperatures from -45°C to +85°C.
Even different humidity values (up to 98% relative humidity) have no influence on the results.
We have encased our cameras in a special housing for these particular climatic conditions.
In short: The optimum Crack detection system for high requirements combined with temperature and humidity.
The crack in focus – thanks to the far-focus lens
The BVS-R/F crack detection system is based on all the functionalities of the standard BVS-R system.
An additional product feature is the remote focus lens. It enables simplified image adjustment.
Starting from the control room, the focus can be adjusted easily and conveniently. This offers significant advantages, especially for test setups that are difficult to access. The focus setting can be optimized quickly and easily.
In short: the crack detection system is easily and conveniently adjusted in the control room
