Why are we on a first-name basis with you?
We attach great importance to an open and trusting working atmosphere. Always characterized by mutual respect and appreciation. It is our custom and practice that we are all on a first-name basis – regardless of the position someone holds. What does WESTCAM actually do?
Since 1990, we have been THE solution partner for the realization of an end-to-end digital process chain.
Around 80 employees in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Switzerland are at work every day to provide our customers with the best possible support. From the idea, design and prototypes to construction, simulation and production through to quality assurance – with software, hardware, services and training.

A healthy work-life balance is crucial for me. By having clear priorities and being able to use my time effectively, I manage to achieve my professional goals as well as having enough time for my personal interests and my family.
Sustainability is not just a trend for me, but a responsibility that we all have to face up to. The fact that I can charge my company car with electricity from the company’s own photovoltaic system is an important step in the right direction for me.
WESTCAM is more than just a workplace for me – it is a source of inspiration and growth. I am proud to say that I have been part of this company for over 30 years and feel motivated every day.
Teamwork is essential for me. I know that I can always rely on my teammates and firmly believe that a strong team can achieve more than individuals alone.
