The intuitive system allows different users to start the measurement process and record precise data. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the METROTOM 1 fits into any space.
This well thought-out and compact solution is supplied with a closed X-ray tube, which reduces maintenance work to a minimum.
Fast data acquisition without component preparation
With the METROTOM 1, you can inspect internal structures and defects using non-destructive scans.
No part preparation is required before starting the measurement process. You can inspect or reverse engineer a part while you are already scanning the next part.
Multi-part measurement
The simultaneous measurement of several parts is one of the most efficient features of the METROTOM 1. The underlying formula is simple: high quantities with optimum utilization of the measuring volume.
The result is shorter scanning times per part without compromising the quality of the results. The ZEISS INSPECT software automates the separation and evaluation of the individual parts so that the results are quickly available in a report.
A well thought-out operating concept
The main measurement parameters of computed tomography (CT) include voltage, current, irradiation time and the number of steps. ZEISS METROTOM 1 provides optimum assistance with the selection: ZEISS INSPECT automatically determines these parameters. The software provides coordinated starting values, making it much easier to set up the scan. The overall concept is well thought out and provides a reliable basis for working with the device.
